    Learner Technology Plan
    This is a one page technology plan for adult learners that teachers and tutors can revise to meet the goals of individual students. Created by Jackie Hamlett in 1998, Lake County Literacy Program, Waukegan Public Library.

    Lesson Plan Template
    This is a blank lesson plan template that tutors and teachers can use to create a simple lesson plan incorporating basic skills, software and internet sites. Created and revised by Jackie Hamlett and Carol Morris, Lake County Literacy Program, Waukegan Public Library.

    Why Use The Internet With Students
    Peg Coker of LVA Fox Valley has put together these instructional materials and lesson plans for literacy volunteers to use with students. These lessons include internet sites with activities and objectives for students of any learning level to Level 4. Lessons include vocabulary, weather, listening, reading, grammar, idioms, crossword puzzles, news, listening/pronunciation, reading/comprehension and word scramble.

    Bare Bones, Internet instruction for adult learners compiled by Elinor Logan and Mabel Hayes of John A. Logan College.

    These documents are provided in PDF (Portable Document Format) files, which can be viewed and printed using your Web browser and Adobe's Acrobat Reader software. Macintosh and Windows versions of Acrobat Reader may be downloaded free of charge from Adobe.
