Repairing the Database

If you start to have problems with the database, it is recommended that you close the program and repair the database immediately.
This should be done for both the ABLELink_2011.mdb and the ABLERMDB_2011.MDB files in the ABLELink2011 folder.

Repairing the Database
  1. In the ABLELink2011 folder, double click on the database you want to repair (i.e. ABLELink_2011.mdb or ABLERMDB_2011.MDB).
  2. Once it opens in Access, go to the tools menu at the top of the main toolbar.
  3. While in the Tools menu, select Database Utilities and from there choose "Compact and Repair Database".

This will begin to automatically repair the database.
