Competency Matrix

Our Special Needs Coaches understand and integrate the concepts from the LD Core Training Series into their practice and have a background in providing quality teaching and learning in their classrooms. While coaches are expected to have a working knowledge of the following topics, some coaches may have a strength or expertise in one area. The Coach Competency Matrix will allow teachers/administrators to choose a coach with the skill base they need to strengthen their own professional development.
