The Adult Learning Division (ALD) is a branch of the College Reading Association (CRA).

CRA is a professional organization devoted to fostering and promoting teaching and learning processess related to literacy at all levels. ALD focuses on the adult reader and adult literacy programs such as ABE, GED, workplace and family literacy.
