Practice Prioritizing

Recommended order of: "I'd Like to Write a Letter"

1. Organize my thoughts.
This is the most important thing to do before you actually write a letter. Think it through and have an idea of what you want to say.

2. Write the return address.
This would be your address.

3. Write the heading.
The heading is the address of the person/company to whom you are writing.

4. Write the content of the letter.
Now put your thoughts in order and write them in paragraph form.

5. Do the closing: Sincerely,
Write Sincerely, or Yours Truly,

6. Sign the letter.
Put your signature on the letter.

Good job!! Now you can seal and mail your letter!!!
