Education: Graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a major in Sacred Music/Composition

As Business Manager of OLRC, Penny manages the various grant accounts, codes check requests and expense statements for disbursement, reconciles all accounts with the University monthly statements of account, and provides the Director with monthly reports for all OLRC accounts.

Penny is the organist for her church, where she and her husband John are active in various roles. They enjoy going to concerts, plays, and movies, and playing Scrabble and cards.
