Practice Prioritizing

Here are some activities to help you develop a skill to prioritize and make lists.

Try some of these exercises and see how you do. Prioritizing is a skill that takes practice to become a useful activity in managing your life. Goal-setting and reaching those goals varies from very small goals such as what to do first to get up in the morning and out the door.. to managing your money and how you're going to pay your bills and save for the future.

Each time you set a goal, make a plan, and carry out that plan is a skill to help you manage your life efficiently.

What do I do first?

Check the cupboard & refrigerator for food Put the dishes away
