Define Problem
Look at the situation carefully. Figure out what it is that you are trying to solve. This will be your problem.

This may not be the most reasonable option because: Employers have the right to require specific start and end-times. Being on time is considered part of the job and is not an unrealistic expectation. Is there another option that is more reasonable?

The Situation
I just started a new job I need to get to work by 7:00 a.m., but my babysitter won't let me drop my 7 and 8-year-old sons off before 7:30 a.m.
