Look at the situation carefully. Figure out what it is that you are trying to solve. This will be your problem.
This may not be the most reasonable option because:
It may be true that your boss is a jerk but there is not much you can do about it.

My boss sometimes makes comments about my body and it makes me uncomfortable. Although I've told her that I don't like her making comments like that, she hasn't stopped.
