Look at the situation carefully. Figure out what it is that you are trying to solve. This will be your problem.
This may not be the most reasonable option because:
It seems that you are the only one your co-worker is picking on.
The Situation
One of my co-workers is saying rude things to me about my nationality and makes me feel threatened and misunderstood.
What is the problem in the situation?
- My co-worker is ignorant.
- My co-worker is discriminating against me and is creating a hostile work environment.
- My co-worker can't get along with different types of people.
- My co-worker makes me feel like I'm not part of the work team.
