Look at the situation carefully. Figure out what it is that you are trying to solve. This will be your problem.
This may not be the most reasonable option because:
Even with the proper training the job may still be unsafe.

What is the problem in the situation?
- My boss has no common sense.
- I don't have the proper training to do the job.
- People have been hurt.
- The company isn't following proper safety standards.
