Writing Station
There are three options.
 You Have A Dream
This offers sentence starters from the I Have A Dream speech. Students complete the sentences. This begins the thinking
processes which prepares students for the actual speech. ABE and GED
- I Have A Dream
This is the actual speech. Ideas are given how to work with this
for both ABE and GED.
- They Have A Dream
This option allows students to read other students' I Have A Dream speeches. The writings come from all ages and all locations across
the country. Your students are then given the opportunity to write
their own speeches. There is a brief list of ideas to think about
for focusing the writing. ABE and GED
